Terrible service.
Dr. Naida herself is a good doctor and knows how to treat her patients, but her administrative staff is absolutely terrible. I spent months disputing a bill for lab results that they had entered under the wrong name with my insurance company. Then, instead of giving me a call within 2 weeks of receiving the lab results, her staff neglected to call me back completely.
After I called them on my own, to follow up on the results which I paid for and which they billed incorrectly, and which they had neglected their own procedures by failing to call me to let me know they were in, they then refused to give me the results unless I paid them for them again.
Above that, when I asked whether the copay could be waived as I was simply picking up lab results that I already paid for, the receptionist lied and told me that it could be waived if my Insurance company ok'd the waive. I spent at least 40min on the phone with my Insurance company and got confirmation from them that they were ok to waive the copay as long as the waive was done at the provider. I then wasted my time going to this office, only to find that the receptionist had lied when after I gave her the confirmation from my insurance company, she then told me that she then couldn't waive the fee unless the doctor confirmed it.
Unfortunately, though the doctor herself is fine, I will not go back here at all costs and would recommend others to do the same, unless you want to be lied to and given the runaround from an incompetent administrative staff.
