Dr. Nadia A. Martinez De Pimentel, MD

Waited about two hours For dr. Pimentel and they ended up putting me with another doctor who told me she was busy, but I said no I wanted to see her. So I waited another 15mins. I go into her office which she leave and I wait another 15mins. As I'm talking to her she's rushing me. Cutting me off at what I have to say. Haven't seen her for a little more than a year so I had a lot of concern issues. She denied to give me Referrals that I needed claiming that it was too many and that my insurance wouldn't allow it. Clearly she was lieing!!! Referrals don't have anything to do with my insurance. She then gives me false information about hep C. I told her about the portal login and how it's giving me problems and she said the staff will help me. Which the staff is actually rude and always full of attitude. They always seemed annoy when you ask them something. It's as if they hate their jobs and are unhappy so they have to make you unhappy. Anyways I try login in today and it says the username doesn't even exist. This doctor doesn't care about her patients and acts like she also hates her job. She Also didn't do all the required test for a physical! So she's just a waste of time. Doctors like these make me sick. Corrupted, selfish, lazy and dishonest!!!

Very bad experience here.. Wait so long to call.. 3 hours waiting just to regular checking ..

I had a really incredible experience at this office, Dr. Martinez was very attentive and took care of my health problems from the time she did my check up, I will agree with the comment of one of her patients she is really an old fashion doctor.

I commented the waiting time and she explained to me that "being a geriatrician sometimes patients take more time than the expected and the reason sometimes the waiting time is a bit longer is because different patients have different necessities and is unpredictable the emergencies' .

She apologizes and I told her that it was worthy to see her and to find out what was wrong with me for the past year.

She is wonderful and I have recommended her to everyone I know.

Waiting time was horrible. There were no seats available so I had to wait about 40 minutes standing up. The PAs were great: they took their time, asked all the right questions, and made me feel comfortable.

Yet this review is about Dr. Nadia Martinez, and it's another story. She entered the room in which I was changing with out knocking, and rushed me as if she was doing me a favor. I needed a few referrals (dermatologist, gynecologist, ophthalmologist, and allergist); all needed desperately. She complained because when she inquired about my general health I didn't mention these issues of mine, given that is not within what I consider a general check up. A minute later I express to her that I need these referrals and she was obviously angry--very unprofessional!

She tells me that she wont refer me to all these doctors ( which I needed) so I asked her if i needed to book another appointment to get the remaining referrals. To this she replied that she would give me most of them--again, as if she was doing me a favor and not her job.

She tells me that I'll get them in the front office and leaves without letting me say goodbye or thank her. She took 5 minutes with me, and left me feeling horrible about myself.

Over all this was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my 24 years.

Dr. Pimentel is very positive and caring. she treats her patients very nice, but her stuff is kind of ignorant and unprofessional. they need to learn to be more courteous...
