Dr. Muhammad S. Feteiha

Just a quick review on Dr. Feteiha. He did my surgery in Dec right before Christmas and everything went Perfect. Supplied me with All the information before and after the surgery,. He, along with his office staff are Great and professional. In a little over 3 months I've lost over 50lbs. Def use Advance Surgical Associates

Dr James Lopes and Dr Feteiha preformed my sleeve gastrectomy They are true professionals and they are the kind of men who became doctors to help people and it shows ! The office staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable and available. the procedure was minimally invasive which cuts the healing time down drastically, and one of the many great things about this office is ability to email the doctors directly with questions or concerns and they are able to respond very quickly.

I had gastric bypass with Dr. Feteiha in June 2004. Dr. Feteiha was with me the whole way through up until today. He is very warm, understanding and compassionate and very easy to talk to. He is highly regarded in his field and came with excellent recommendations from my other physicians as well as former patients. The office staff are also wonderful. And he conducts monthly support groups for his weight loss surgery patients which are very helpful for weight loss maintenance. As a result of my success, my husband had gastric bypass surgery last year with Dr. Feteiha.

What a wonderful group of people. I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Joao Lopes to do my sleeve surgery. He spent as much time as I needed to answer questions and explain the procedure. I had to loose weight before the surgery and he said to me if I did not reach the goal, he would not do the surgery. At first I thought that was pretty strict, but in hindsight it actually prepared me for my new lifestyle I would be living. Lourdes is the person that provides support and is your contact to help with scheduling. She is very positive and caring and is right by your side the whole time. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Lopes stopped by to talk with me to see how I was doing. He spent time again answering any question I may have had. The next day, not only did Dr. Lopes stop by but his brother the other Dr. Lopes along with Dr. Feteiha and a surgical resident. I felt very cared for and a part of the ASA family.

The staff treats you with dignity and always with a smile! They want to see you succeed but you must have the desire to succeed. They will not perform surgery just because they can.....you must commit to the lifestyle. I highly recommend any of the surgeons at ASA, you are definitely in good hands !

I can't express words that are strong enough to let you know what a terrific surgeon Dr. Feteiha is. He literally saved my life. If he hadn't guided me to weight loss, both before and after surgery I probably wouldn't be here today. He is easy to talk to, explains and answers any questions and has a great team that he works with. Five stars only because more is not an option!
