I loved how friendly the staff was. The office was clean and comfortable, and the operatories were modern. I was especially happy with how kind they were with my five year old daughter, since it was her appointment. I'm definitely continuing to take my family there!

I was looking forward to my appt at Oceanside Dental with my daughter. The office had confirmed BOTH our appts by text for 3:30. They called at 2:30 inquiring where we were. When I explained that we would be there shortly, the woman on the phone was quite rude and stated - you are late - one appt was for 2:20 and we should have arrived for both appts at 2:10 "for paperwork". We are not far from the office, so I offered to come right away (at 2:30) - the woman on the phone said "No - we can only see one of you. There is no way you can both have your teeth cleaned in an hour and a half. We close at 4:00!" I don't find that very accomodating for an office that made a mistake in scheduling. And we were only getting our teeth cleaned - our first basic appt!! So instead of being nice, pleasant and accomodating she was abrasive, abrupt and rude and lost a family of customers. I also heard this was a good dentist - but when the front office staff is awful - it is a reflection of the dentist and many times we don't even get to see the dentist.
