This dentist is unprofessional and doesnt seem to know what he is doing...patient beware...i cant believe he is licensed

Lack of communication with patients. Disorganized and unprofessional office management.
They forgot and delayed to process my paperwork, and their office manager denied it.

It took two months and half for me to find out that my pre-approval paperwork was not completely sent to the insurance company. They sent out the first document 1 month and half after my first visit.

In the mean time, the dentist's office manager lied to me about the dates that then they sent out documents to my insurance company and even blame the insurance company when I questioned about their administrative processes (I made several phone calls in different dates) and the status of my paperwork. The office manager told me that I’m impatient. Well, I had been waiting for 2 month and half for the paperwork done, not dental procedures.

If you are a patient who needs dental service immediately and can’t tolerate lies from the professionals, I don’t recommend this office.
