Dr. Matthew Wert, M.D.

Unfortunately I have had more surgeries in my life than I care to admit, so I have had various experiences with different surgeons and by far Dr. M Wert is one of the bests! He is knowledgable, friendly and just a pleasure to interact with. I usually have second opinions before any procedure but after my first visit with him I felt comfortable and secure that he was the right surgeon. His whole staff is a pleasure to work with, especially his medical assistant Denise who helped me with all my needs in connection with my job. If you are looking for an Orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. M. Wert is an EXCELLENT CHOICE!!

I have visited with Dr. Wert a few times now. My initial visit was in May in which there were not many slots available yet the front desk staff found a way to squeeze me in. Dr. Wert was very friendly, very knowledgable and left no question unanswered. I had a follow up appointment in June in which we scheduled testing for my knee ailment and Dr. Wert ensured all the appropriate tests were performed to ensure the best possible scenario considering I had surgery on this knee before and would be requiring surgery on the knee again. He went through each diagnostic imaging sequence with me from x-rays, to MRI to the CT scan and showed me areas that were affected and the areas in which he would be performing the operation on. Since my surgery on July 15th I am happy to say that my knee is feeling excellent thus far, the incisions all healed beautifully. I seen Dr. Wert the day after surgery in which he removed tons of fluid from my knee which really helped in the healing process and allowed me to feel a lot more comfortable when putting weight thru my leg.

Overall, I rate Dr. Wert and his front office staff a 5 out of 5. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait prior to be calling in but it is definitely worth it due to his great expertise and knowledge. I highly recommend anyone looking for an orthopedic doctor to visit Dr. Wert for all your questions and concerns.

Dr wert was professional and efficient! He has great bedside manner and was extremely helpful with my issue. I had a serious pain in my back that had been bothering me for several days until dr wert Was able to aliviate the pain with a noninvasive treatment. I would highly recommend dr wert!
