the wait was a bit long but it was definitely worth it. I've been to a few other dermatologists and Dr Zemel was by far the most understanding and professional. he gave me the proper treatment i needed. the office staff were friendly and very accommodating. i definitely recommend Dr Zemel.

Absolutely the worst clinic experience ever .. I should have turned back around the second I walked in my appointment was at 1:15 I got there at 12:44 and it's now 2:21 and no sign of nothing ... And there's numbers of ppl I met here that have yet to be called never again ...

I have been a patient of Doctor Zemel for over 10 years. His kind personality and sense of humor has always managed to alleviate my fear of shots and procedures. He has accurately diagnosed my condition on various different occasions. I am truly happy with the service I have received.

Awful..the receptionists constantly have attitudes. They booked me at the wrong office 2 diff times and then gave me attitude afterwards. I drove over an hour both times. The doctor seems incompetent and is CONSTANTLY late. He was over an hour late 3 seperate times..all of which the line of people was 30 deep waiting outside the locked office. Whenever I try to call it always rings straight through and messages are never returned. STEER CLEAR!!!

HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I was able to do a negative star rating. This Dr office has NO class, personality, or helpful people to answer the phones. I called in to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was treated horribly over the phone. I spoke to Jocelyn who automatically assumed that I had Medicare (which I do NOT ) but she proceeded to advise me that they do not take Medicare. I guess she assumed that since they are in Paterson that everyone is on medicare, I advised her I have private insurance through my EMPLOYER and she said ok can you give me your insurance info.. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I advised her that she needs a little more personality and she really should rethink her position because working with the public is not her strong suit . I asked to speak to the DR. to advise him that the reason I would not be scheduling as a new patient is because of her and her phone conversation. She then put me on hold and I had the Pleasure of speaking to Evelyn ( trust me this is sarcastic ) as Evelyn is no better than the staff below her. I do not understand how people get positions in health care or working with the public only to display rude, and nasty attitudes when they have to work and interact with people. This was absolutely the worst Doctors office phone call. If they are like that over the phone you can only imagine how they are in person.
