Dr greenstein is the most caring compassionate physician I have met. He will give you whatever rime you need. He is also know for him warm sense of humor

Waited 90 minutes after my appointment time until I saw the doctor. The staff and doctor acted as if this was standard procedure at this office. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor that respects your time.

My experience with Dr Greenstein was terrific. He is a very knowledgeable and thorough doctor. Before and after my surgery he was always available to make sure I was doing well. I have been to many urologists in the past and he is the best, plus he has a terrific sense of humor that helps ease the pain.

He takes the time to explain his patients what is going on with their health. which is important to me, no rush with Dr Greenstein. He also send us a email explaining step by step what he did through the visit with the patient, that is amazing, never seen anything like this. Thank you, we need more doctors like you, love what they do and respect their patients, no just the money.

Absolutely horrible experience. Over a month after my cystoscopy, I am still experiencing pain that I have NEVER felt before. Very rude and condescending as well.

Edit: Now well over two months since cystoscopy and still in FAR worse pain than I have ever been. My pelvic muscles went into spasm after the procedure and never recovered. I can't eat anything even remotely acidic without setting off my bladder now. Was NOT warned that this could happen. I cannot put into words how much I regret allowing this man near me.

Edit: Over three months later and still worse off than ever before. Every day the damage that procedure caused is on my mind. Unbelievable how little accountability/compassion some doctors can have.

There is nothing I desire less than to ever hear your voice again. You traumatized me both physically and emotionally. People are in disbelief when I tell them some of the things you did/said. It has been six months since my procedure and my bladder is still far worse than it was before. Offer declined.
