I went to this office to reevaluate my blood work and also and that the doctor speaks my language. I had to pay a copay for the first visit and thought Dr. Mahalakshmi Seshadri might call me back once the report is ready and discuss the result over the phone. The results were normal and despite that the doctor called me and asked me to schedule an appoinment for discussing the report in person. I assumed that I do not have to pay another co-pay since this was not an evaluation. But guess what I was wrong, she collected a co-pay from me just to discuss the results which she could have done over the phone. Initially she said that there is something abnormal in the report but later after collecting the second co-pay she said everything is normal. I was really annoyed and feel that they seriously do not care about the patient but only MONEY. I was really shocked and was not satisfied by their expanation. I strongly urge and not recommend anyone to visit this place since they never seemed to be caring for the patient. It is my understanding that doctors discuss the blood report results over the phone and would call the patient to come in-person unless there is anything urgent. This is what I have heard and seen doctors doing across board. But Dr.Mahalakshmi Seshadri seemes to be an exception of collecting a co-pay for dicussing the blood report in-person that is absolutely normal. This is ridiculous. Now I end-up paying $200 to my insurance company for my second visit.
