Dr. Luis M. Negron, MD

A friend of mine, her family has chosen this doctor, which is excellent. Except the staff, kind of lazy. If a patient needs a referral to go to an specialist, its employees, doesn't want to get the information of the specialist that the patient must see it. According to a friend of mine, Dr. Negron's employees ask patients to call them the specialist and get a personal some kind of information from the specialist, which is harder for a patient, because are medical terminologist, that a patient have no even clue. I advised my friend to report this place "NOT" the doctor, to complaint against its staff that are causing this chaos to Dr. Negron's patients. The careless of attention from Dr. Negron's staff against its patients, is too poor. I cannot understand if the doctor has no clue what is going on with his employees. I never heard that a patient has the full responsibility to get in touch is a specialist in order to get its medical information, in order to provide it to Dr. Negron's employees, so this way, a patient might get a referral to bring to the specialist. That job is Dr. Negron's employees. So why the are working there if are just lazy.
