I first went to Dr. Brodsky because of a series of ailments I had going on due to stress, poor nutrition and adapting to a new city. Not only did she help me from a nutrition standpoint but also helped me bring down my stress level down. We had a plan going on which I stuck by and her encouragement always helped me keep myself on track. She is always quick to answer any of my questions and helps me out if I have something going on. She is definitely accountable, knowledgable and a genuine person. I highly recommend her to my friends all the time. If you want to get better and live a healthy lifestyle you have to want it and having her as your N.D. is the best choice.
