I had been taking a prescription medication when I began seeing Dr. Elliston after an insurance issue forced me to change healthcare providers. Dr. Elliston provided me with a prescription on three separate occasions over the course of many months, and then suddenly refused to continue providing the medication with no explanation.
She refused to speak with me about this change in her course of treatment and instead had her kind but uninformed office staff to deny me the access to medication. This does not seem professional or a good bedside manner for a healthcare professional. I will now need to seek a new healthcare provider.
I am very disappointed with her dismissive attitude towards me as a patient.
