Very poor service, Money money money.. only they need.. no information they will give, even you will get ignorance there for a long time. if any one planing to visit. please just go there and ask for related info then you will know they will make you suffer,

God knows where they will take looted money..

Even if you take an appointment, you will have to wait for 2 hours after your appointment. Then the nurses will see you. You will have to wait again for some more time and then the doctor will see you. I don't have any good or bad comments for the doctor, but the overall service is so pathetic! Had to go there 3-4 times and every time the same experience. I have decided not to go there EVER, no matter what. Some more negative points - 1. They don't accept card payments. 2. They don't have a dropbox for checks. 3. They are open ONLY Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.
4. The receptionist gave me wrong information about the payments on my medical plan. And so I have to physically go there before 6pm to pay the remaining amount and collect the receipt. Worst service ever! PLEASE do NOT go here. Go to some better clinic/doctor and save your time.

I was there ahead of time for my 12:30pm appt. I waited for along time and there is 2 patient they called first though i know i was ahead to them but the front desk said they log in and just walk outside I let it pass and patiently wait while in abdominal pain until 2:30pm finally they called me and ask to change for hospital gown when someone comes inside the room I thought she was Dr. Lalita Masson and surprisingly she said i am a substitute the doctors is not around since morning and my name is Gloria ( i check the front desk who is she after i spoke to her I don't asked her personally not to be rude only to find out from the frontdesk that " she is like a head nurse" ) i was so disappointed cause the only help she could give cause she is not a doctor and i'm in pain she said " come back next week for ultrasound for now you can take Maalox or Myalanta maybe it will help" Is this how this doctor handle her patient if your have an emergency ? you should cancel all the patient appointments or sent a real doctor for substitute...

Dr. Masson has proven to be an exceptional physician, as she is detailed when explaining your medical condition and all the potential remedies. Furthermore, Dr. Masson shows a deep concern for her patients, in that she is willing to go the extra mile to insure that they are not only healthy, but satisfied with their medical procedures. Moreover, her staff is very accommodating. If you desire to have a diamond in the ruff among physicians, I highly recommend Dr. Lalita Masson.
