My fiance needed to get a primary doctor to give him clearance for surgery. As he had not been to my primary dr. in years, I tried to find him one quickly that was in our area. Our first visit with Dr.Krystyna Szewczyk-Szczech was 3 hours and most of the time was just waiting for her to see him. It is ridiculous to have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to see a doctor! He had to come back for blood work and instead of giving him the results over the phone she made him come back in. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs. for her to come into the examining room, my fiance and I complained that was the 2nd time we've been there and the wait was outrageous both times. Her exact words in her broken polish accent were "please find new doctor". Then we mentioned how unprofessional she was taking phone calls on her cell phone when she was in the room with us and her next response was "I need silence to concentrate"!!! I found her very unprofessional and rude and would NEVER go back again. I just want to add that the ONLY reason we waited that long without leaving was because his surgery was in 1 week so he had to get clearance a.s.a.p. Also, between the first and second visit she sent him to a pulmonary dr and we were in and out of his office (and he is a specialist) in about 1/2 hr and he faxed the clearance form right after we left his office! Now he is someone I would highly recommend.

Dr. Krystyna is extremely personable and friendly. She's a very thorough physician and I cannot thank her enough for the attention to detail that she always displays when it comes to my health. Thank you!
