First consult thought I had found my new primary and internist. Instead I had 3 weeks of canceled appointments, unreturned phone calls, trips to NY office without getting resolution and ultimately did not have any procedure or care handled. The Dr would not speak to me directly on any of the issues, left his staff to deal with it. Reported to my insurance carrier as well, this was a mess.
