Great Endo. World class service. I would highly recommend. Great new facility. The front desk staff are delightful. And I hate going to dentists!

I go in for a second opinion and was told vaguely what would be my copay and would probably be more. I was told to put down a 100 deposit to get the ball rolling with having a root canal retreatment. I was told I needed to take their X RAYS and would not except XRays that we're just taken by my General Dentist 1 week prior. And now I have to wait a couple of weeks to recieve a deposit back and for them to submit the services give to me ( x ray and consultation)
This place is just shady but just my opinion.

Doctor couldn’t diagnose the problem so that was disappointing enough. But on top of that we have to deal with super high bill and extremely rude office staff.

Beware. The office manager is rude and sneaky. I had to call my dental plan to find out that she was trying to inflate my bill. When I confronted her, she told me to leave the office. I was not making a scene or acting disrespectfully in any way. Dr.Maltsen seems like a nice enough fellow, but if he chooses to employ people that will inflate his fees, he is really to blame. He just has someone else do the dirty work. Look around for other reviews and you will see that this is a theme. The good review for this dentist must have been written by his staff.
