Reviews to Dr. Jyotsna H. Gor, MD
My wife is 5 month pregnant. We moved in from CT to NJ so we went to consult her for regular checkup as she was near by. There is no smile on her face. As per the previous reviews she is money oriented. 1st question she asked was "whether we have plan to deliver the baby to her if not she is not going to consult." So we decided not to visit that place never.

she should be business woman rather than doctor.only interested in money. she doesn't even care about the patient. she doesn't provide any information. even her hospital is not well equipped. for sonography also you have to go to other hospital. totally disappoint with her attitude. and ya wait time is very less because nobody goes to her hospital.she is all time free only.

Gor doesn't deserve even a 1 star. I don't call her doctor. Horrible woman. Always hungry for money and don't care about the patients. A dangerous lady who is not deserved to be in doctor profession. She has very good track record with C-sections.
Really frustrated with the experience. My wife had delivery a month back with Gor. My wife was very much normal and as per the doctors in the hospital(before this dangerous lady came in), she is ready to deliver baby normally. As soon as this lady came in to the hospital for delivery, everything got changed and she said baby's so big and as my wife is lean, she can't deliver baby normally. Doesn't she know about this till last minute? We were visiting her bi-weekly in the last few weeks and she always said she is all good for normal. (even a week before)
Please don't go to her and face the consequences of the C-section. Please pls avoid.
Her famous dialogues for C-section:
1. Baby is BIG and mother is lean ==> let's go for C-section.
2. Baby's heart beat is dropping and risky to wait ==> C-section.
3. Are you a doctor? I did 10 years of Medicine course so listen my words and go for C-section.

We visited this doctor on 11/13/2015. The staff here was so rude. She looked up our insurance and said we were not covered for the visit. When I called my provider Oscar, I was told that our visit was covered in full. We had no co-pay. They also informed us that all generic tests required to confirm pregnancy are covered in full and we have no payments to make.
I still agreed to pay the $90 for the visit which was her fees. Then the staff sent us in to see the doctor. When we saw the doctor she looked at our insurance and said our deductible was very high and she would not like to have us as a patient there. I told her that I am fine with all payments and would pay her in advance but she still refused treatment.
I would not recommend anyone to go there. She is hungry for money. I called Oscar and explained to them about my experience. The representative at Oscar told me that what she did was illegal and they would investigate the matter. A OB-GYN doctor is supposed to be concerned about pregnant women but Jyotsna Gor is concerned only about money. I would not even call her a doctor.
