It was fine before because they had good weekend hours. Now this new policy started in the middle of the year requiring you to put up 3 times the money of your required co-pay as a deposit is just ridiculous. Their argument is high deductible. What is high deductible has to do with a common cold or flu. If I anticipate some serious medical procedures I may see the point. But really for a cold? Called insurance company to report this and their response is they don't interfere with billing practice. Not coming back again.

They never called me for my lab results! I called 3 times and they never called me back. They also told me I had to pay to get my results!

Stay away from this doctor if you can. I was traumatized from my experience with her. She charged me co-pay and took my insurance card and said that she would pay me back after she submitted her claims to the insurance company and I never got a cent back from her. Whenever I asked about it, the office would try to brush it off and said it takes time. I went to see her in 2014 and now it is now a year later and never did her office once issued me any checks for amounts they owed me, after getting paid by the insurance company for the services she submitted claims for. One time, I went to pick up test results that their office said was ready, and they refused to give them to me until I saw her for an actual appointment. They actually lied and said that they lost the test results, but because I refused to leave, they eventually gave me the test results. My sister was one of her patients and she recommended her to do an ultrasound but in retrospect it was really not necessary. I went to another doctor who said that a second blood test was all that was needed and not an ultrasound. She conveniently collected the $90 of course charging me even though I saw on the insurance claims I was responsible for amounts much less than that.

The whole office is a scam and I would not recommend her.
