Dr. Julio C. Diaz, MD

I met him at Care Station in Linden, NJ. After a couple of visits, I decided to ask for him. Once Dr R.Bozozo treated me but I felt more comfortable with Dr.Diaz. He is such a friendly and respectful person. He maintains Doctor vs Patient relationship well. He does not get too friendly but you get the feeling that you can comfortably mention your problem and he will take the time to explain what is happening and the treatment you need, then he will make sure the assistants do the scheduling etc. I have been very reluctant to visit doctors but he is the only one I feel comfortable with and visit once or twice a year for a check up or if I have a problem. If you skip a year, he will know you have not had a check up the previous year, he will go through your records, and tell you what his concern is and whether you need some tests but I do not think he does it to charge you more. Once, he surprised me a big time. I have mentioned a small detail about myself during the treatment which could have been related to my condition, he mentioned it many years later, I did not even think he could remember it considering I see him once or twice a year and and he has so many other patients. I still think of it and say wowww! It tells me that he listens to his patients. The assistants are very friendly as well. On the other hand, a couple problems you have with the Care Center where Dr.Diaz work is that, once you get there, you may wait a lot, I mean A LOT even if you have an appointment but I do not really care because I know I may wait more than an hour easily unless I am very lucky, I take my reading materials with me and I get things done while waiting. The girls that answers the phone and do the paper work may seem like they ignore you since you are waiting and waiting and they are not telling you when you will finally see the doctor. The office gets very busy. All I care is when I see my doctor, he takes care of me, he takes his time and explain what I have and I need to do in resolving my health issues; and for that, DR Julio Diaz is AWESOME!
