After years of looking for the right dentist, I am pleased to say this is the best I have seen for 10 years in the USA.

I am an out-of towner, and was in the City only for my daughters wedding last May, 2009. Had (what I thought was) a dental emergency and had to find a dentist quickly that would also accept my dental insurance. I gave them information and cards for my two (2) policies that should have covered me for almost all of the procedures.However they made me pay the entire amount up front on the day of treatment - BEFORE filing the insurance - a total of over $450. They said they would reimburse me when they received payment from the insurance companies. To this day I have not received ONE red cent back in spite of numerous phone calls and attempts to reach them, and in spite of the fact that they have received insurance reimbursement!! They have now been paid double for my dental care, and I am still out the money for the entire bill. To add insult to injury, when I returned home later to my regular dentist for followup, I found out that many of the procedures Dr. Sachs performed were actually unnecessary.
