Lisa Brown is not our patient and has never been a patient in our office. Her criticisms do not sound like anyone close to Dr. Schwartz. The doctor is a leader in his field and well respected in the area, serving as a chief to the department at local hospitals. Dr. Schwartz has a stellar reputation and is the recipient of many awards, including from "Castle-Connolly Top Doctors", "NJ Top Doctor" and "Most Compassionate Doctor" for many consecutive years.
Our staff is friendly and warm. They answer the phones on the first or second ring. There are no phone recordings during office hours and all patients are treated like a VIP.
Dr. Schwartz spends about 30 minutes with each follow up patient and makes sure to answer any and all questions, every single one. He also ends visits by reminding patients, that they can always call him anytime, seven days a week and 24 hours a day. What doctor says this to his patients? Dr. Schwartz means it and his patients know that he is always available to them.
