I love all the doctors here. Dr winter. Dr tubin are my go to doctors. My only problem is the wait to call. I have a love hate relationship with there appointment system.

I get home everyday at 2am from work, so the fact that I have to be up by 6am to MAYBE get an appointment is really annoying. I fell "asleep" at 4am to wake up at 6am to make an appointment. An hour and 20 minutes and 172 unanswered phone calls later, I have yet to reach anyone and I'm losing valuable sleep time considering I'm just coming home from work. I wish they would accept appointments at least one or two days in advanced. If I'm going to wake up early than I would love for it not to go to waste

The best doctor ever !!!!! He is so kind , loving, hardworking and more. I have been with him since a baby and i love him. Always mad things great and happy.

Aways a pleasant visit. My boys are 10 and 8 and have been going to doctor pichardos office
since they were born. All the doctors are extremely efficient and caring. Never have I had a rushed visit which is the norm at doctors offices nowadays. I recommend them to every mommy ! blessed to have my babies health care in these doctors hands.

I had a very a very bad experience in this clinic because of the following: 1. Unprofessional service with personnel. 2. Preferential treatment by the Dr. with people whom he knows. 3. Bad diagnosis. And 4. Very slow service.

The system to make appointments begins at 7am via telephone. Upon arrival despite having made an appointment the Dr. Or personnel selects people he knows to attend and do not wait. It was not until we made complaints to the director of personnel (who made it clear she was married to Dr. Pichardo) that we were attended.

If you do decide to make this your pediatrician, I strongly suggest to constantly make complaints with the director of personnel. Otherwise be prepared to wait a very long time to have your sick child attended.

I was a patient at dr pichardo's office throughout my teen years. My primary doctor of choice is Dr Singh. She is the best doctor you could ever have for your child. My son had Kawasaki at 11 months, no other Dr could find what was wrong with him but she did. Shes always been there for my family. She is our family Dr. my entire family brings their children to her.
