Dr. Jeremiah Redstone, MD, Plastic Surgeon

I can’t even come close to expressing how wonderful Dr. Redstone is but I will try. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed surgery and reconstruction. I had met with 2 plastic surgeons. Both of them I felt uncomfortable with and told me that I had no options as far as the reconstruction. Then I met Dr. Redstone. Out of the gate, he made me feel comfortable and was so caring and kind. We discussed my options and he said he could do the Diep flap which others had said was not possible. He spent time explaining it to me and then re-explaining it to me and my family. I was still unsure so he took more time to meet with me again and answer questions via phone and email. My other challenge was that my breast surgeon practiced at a different hospital than Dr. Redstone. While I saw that as an obstacle, Dr. Redstone was so reassuring. From that moment, he (and Joel and Allison) took that challenge head on to get him temporary privileges. They spent so much of their time filling out paper work and making calls to make this happen for me. And believe it or not, it came down to the morning of my surgery to not know if he would be doing the surgery (or his partner Tutela). While Dr. Tutela is also great, I really wanted it to be Dr. Redstone and I was so happy when I saw him walking down the hospital hallway with a big smile to see me. He did an amazing job with my surgery and my reconstruction. He was always so supportive and caring. His staff (Joel and Allison) are just as amazing. When I had any concern, I would email or call and they would always make me feel better. I always knew I was in the best hands. I am truly so very very grateful to have him as a doctor. I can’t imagine having had gone through this without him. I would 100%+ recommend him to anyone and especially to anyone battling breast cancer.

On April 8, 2016 I has rhino/nose surgery @ Dr Redstone NYC office. All im going to say is Dr Redstone is worth it, He is beyond amazing. I look like I never had any work done people cant even tell where my surgery was they have been shock when i tell them. Dr Redstone and his entire staff have been the best they deserve more then 5 star. Looking forward to returning for more work

I am thrilled with the results of my abdominoplasty. Dr. Redstone was great at explaining everything, being supportive, and making me feel at ease. He was also very responsive and helpful throughout the recovery process. Only two months out from surgery, and I am incredibly satisfied with the result, and it should only get better! Dr. Redstone is incredible. My entire experience with him has been extraordinarily positive from our very first meeting. I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to do my breast reconstruction. He explained all options available and asked about my expectations. Every question and concern was addressed. It was a scary time for me, and he and his wonderful staff were supportive and always there for me. Joel totally handled surgical arrangements and paperwork, answered my phone call questions and provided calming, emotionally comforting stability with amazing kindness.
Dr. Redstone is clearly a fantastic surgeon. He is as sensitive, gentle and caring as he is skilled. He was also totally supportive and honest, which really helped me deal with the entire process. My final surgical outcome was even better than I thought possible.
