Dr. Jennifer L. Dejesus

I have been a patient of Dr.Dejesus's since I moved to NJ almost two years ago- She is amazing, and very on top of any problem presented to her, she is kind, and genuinely cares about her patients.

Both her staff & answering service are dangerously incompetent. Called answering service after hours (because I couldn't get through to her office staff during regular hours). Was transferred, disconnected, told to call a different number where someone would surely pick up the phone. Reached another answering service. Got an on call doctor who barely spoke English who told me that if I needed antibiotics called in (my dentist needed to speak to my primary about alternative antibiotics because the ones I had been prescribed were not working) to go to the emergency room. In addition, in the past, her extremely stupid staff told me to come in for blood tests and when I got there, their phlebotomist said he did not do the blood tests I needed done. They are absolutely the bottom of the barrel, uneducated, no-common sense crew of office staff/answering service MORONS I have ever come across. Go elsewhere. These people are so stupid they are dangerous.
