I tried calling today to make an appt. The receptionist asked if I could hold because their system was down. I said yes. She put me on hold and then I got disconnected! I went online to make an appt and realized I tried making an appt online in July also. I never got a call back. I got a message asking if I was a new patient. First of all, there's no where to respond to the message. Second, I NEVER got a call back. Are they really that busy? Annoying.

Everything works very slow here. When you call them for any reason, it takes forever to talk to somebody. I guess it took 5 months for me to make a schedule for IUD implacement. At the end of the 5 months, i realized that they ordered wrong IUD device.
I do not recommend anybody. Waste of time...
