Dr. Jeffrey F. Shapiro, MD

I went to Dr. Shapiro because I could not walk. He was the only doctor that was "hands on", and found the exact spot on my knee that was extremely painful. He injected that spot, and I walked out of his office pain free. It has been a few months now, but I still feel good.

Dr Shapiro has a calming presence, a wonderful bedside manner, talented, experienced, confdent ortho surgeon.
I, and many of my family have gone to him...and would recommend.

Dr. Shapiro replaced my hip 4 years ago and last week I had arthroscopic surgery to repair my knee after an injury to my other leg. Both procedures went really well and I was virtually pain-free as soon as I woke up from both surgeries. Dr. Shapiro is a busy person, but spends the time he needs to answering question and giving information in a friendly, brisk manner. His office is extremely well-run and the staff is friendly, responsive to questions and returns phone calls promptly. Incredibly, I never had to wait around more than a few minutes when I arrived for an appointment (even though the waiting room is often very full) and most appointments I went in right on time which is really rare. Even at the hospital for both surgeries, they started right on time. The outcomes in both cases were everything I had hoped for. I recommend Dr. Shapiro highly.

Excellent office, and organized service. Clean, polite and almost no waiting time. Dr. Shapiro is one of my favorite doctors; he has excellent knowledge, extensive experience, immediate diagnostics and solutions. His clinic is always equipped with the latest advanced technology, and great nurses. He explains your problems, and the future procedures for healing, very friendly, never pushes you for nonsense producers. I wish the best for him and his staff.
