Avoid this place. I didnt get the work I needed done and my teeth have deteriorated further. the dentist was rude and so was the squirmy regional manager when I complained to him. He also was misleading when he said he will find an experienced dentist. he sits and gossips with the girls and is no way qualified to work in a management position in health care. He is very disrespecful and doesnt have any ability to handle or take more serious problems seriously. He also cries alot over bad reviews. The receptionist talk openly and loudly about patients stuff. This is inappropriate place and not managed or supervised on a professional level by the owner Dr. Fensterstock. Keep far from this place.

From all these reviews I can only assume that they changed management teams and decided to hire people who worry more about quantity than quality.

I just came back from a very disappointing experience after many years being a loyal patient at this office. The hygienist (blond dreads) was more interested in getting me in and out and ignored two complaints about pain and my gums hurting during the cleaning. Instead of fixing the issue her first reaction was to tell me "are you trying to tell me how to do my job?" Just terrible. I went and spoke to I guess the woman who was the office manager? and she nodded her head and told me "OK."

Great job guys! Lost a patient.

I would like to take a moment to let you know that Melinda went above and beyond with customer service. I am very happy to come here and get this wonderful serivce. Melinda is great!
