I made an appointment with this doctor online 2 weeks in advance and they called me less than 2 hours before my appointment to tell me my insurance would not be accepted (even though the booking website said the doctor took my insurance). I've been in severe pain as a result of issues with my back and now have to continue to deal with the pain whole I find another doctor and make an appointment. So disappointing. I would not trust the service at this doctor's office.
