Dr. Helen H. Kim, MD

Get ready to wait for an hour and then be seated in one of their rooms and wait again. They overbook too much and the actual Doctor sees you for two minutes while her two staff members see and diegnose all the patents while she double checks. In it for the money and not for the patients care.

Dr. Helen Kim preformed my T&A surgery in 2002 and my son's T&A surgery in 2010 when he was 6. She's a great doctor and very professional. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Kim wrote an order for my grandson to have a CT Scan. After a few weeks, office called us with approval #. So far so good, but then my daughter became ill, in a lot of pain - not able to take grandson for CT Scan and approval # expired on April 10th 2015. April 21st, called the office. Do we need to make new appointment to get a new order. Reply was no, they would just submit request for new approval # and call us when it was received. We called 5/4/15 - approval number not in yet. Called about two weeks later - told since the approval number expired on April 10th, they would have to submit a request for a new one (!!!). We knew that - they had said they would submit in 4/21/15. Called again 5/21/15 - they will check on # should have it shortly. Called on 6/8/15 - they said they had reapplied and will call back with the # in 20 minutes. When we called back, was told they were having a busy day and we should be patient. 6/19/15 - Told we would have the number by the end of the day. It is 7:10 pm - still waiting. No complaints about Dr. Kim - but office staff - (?)

While her bedside manor could be better. I found her to be very proffesional.

Down side for me is you will wait about an hour to get in the office but that is true of most doctors offices

I had a completely different experience then the other two reviewers and believe me I was very nervous about seeing this doctor because of their reviews, Everyone was courteous and engaging, I had a short wait time (but was told it was because of the time of day I was there). Appointments were easy and flexible, the tests that they ordered were pertinent to my condition, and they accepted my coverage. I had to reschedule one of my subsequent appointments and again they were very flexible. The office is clean, the doctor is to the point. I have had problems with my sinuses since I was a child and Dr. Kim found something I didn't even know about. In addition, when I walked in they were hard at work helping a women correct her coverage so that her visit was paid for. I have to say pleasantly surprised.
