Bring a book. The front office staff was very fond of telling people "we go by appointment times". They just didn't mention what time zone they were operating in. I was seen 2 hours past my appointment time (which would have been right on the nose in Wyoming) after sitting in a cramped, stuffy waiting room. Also, the clerk mistakenly put the insurance claim through as surgery, which triggered my insurance company's demand that I cover the remaining deductible. I had to pay over $700 instead of a simple $45 co-pay.
Dr. Minkowitz was excellent. Office staff, not so much.
