HORRIBLE STAFF. DENISE WHO GETS AUTHS SHOULD BE FIRED AND THE OFFICE MANAGER IS NO BETTER. VERY RUDE STAFF. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE PATIENTS ARE TREATED BETTER AND YOUR AUTHORIZATIONS GET DONE IN TIME. UNIVERSITY ORTHOPEDIC YOU ARE A DISGRACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
