Dr. Gennaro Rubino, MD

I have been dealing with Dr Rubino"s office since he was over in his Broad st office. I reffered 3 different patients to him and just the same I called all of them today to warn them of the way they conduct business. I am transferring to another doctor in town but will never go back to this office again. Why, you ask? Ok. So this morning I get up and get a notification from my credit report that I am in collections. I monitor my credit often so as soon as I get this alert I call to find out what it was about. Turns out I owed my Dr.'s office sent me to collections for 10.49. I feel completely insulted by the oofice that I have been dealing for years because I go to his office for all my medical needs. Why could they not have called me and said, Hey you owe us money. After trying to call them and not being able to get in touch with them I had to drive over to them. The lady in charge of billing is cold and callous and did not acknowledge the fact that them screwing up my report for less than $11 was completely unecessary and wrong. Point being is, their billing is completely wrong and they do not appreciate long term patients so why would they care about their new patients.
