I am Dr. Jacqueline Escobar-Marshall, a veteran and served during Operation Iraqui Freedom. I Completed a master degree in Biomedical Sciences at Barry University in Miami, FL. I was a top student throughout medical school. On occasions I had a straight 4.0 GPA. Then, I got accepted at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Cntr/ Brooklyn in 2006. During this Family Residency program I was terminated out of hate and discrimination for being who I am; and a Latina with slight accent, who always speaks up her mind, and did not know how to play the game (kiss behind) the Program Director, Dr. Mogomery Douglas wanted me to play. I owe over $350,000 in student loans. I went into severe depression after I was told I was not going to be renewed my contract for my second year, and nearly committed suicide. The doctors that helped him build the case against me were two junior faculty members, and the main one was Dr. Luella Toni Lewis. The other two were Dr. Shantie Harkison, Dr. Frederi Lambert and Dr. Rajpal Singh Chopra. To this day I have severe depression, PTSD, and severe anxiety of this incident. I have so so so much proof like impressive letters of reference by other attending specialists from other departments in that hospital that I did excellent, and that I was a friendly resident, and obviously that evidence they used was all fabricated and planned from very early on during my stay in this program. It was a set up. I was a top resident physician during that program as well. Montogomery Douglas, MD, now he works as a program director for a Family Residency program at Phelps Memorial Hospital, in Sleepy Hollows, Weschester, New York. He destroyed my career and my life and he goes on like nothing ever happened. I know the white house, and my senator are helping me with the investigation of these racist and evil doctors who destroyed my life. I have severe depression, and past suicidal attempts because of these incidents, and have the medical records to prove it. The American Commission of Medical Graduate Education (ACGME) must take action so that these doctors don't continue to destroy the lives of other resident doctors.
I am convinced that there is something that the government can do via the ACGME to investigate this sick racist bastards and his accomplices . (I also suspect this man also wanted certain sexual favors as I am a very attractive woman). At that time I was very oblivious to these kinds of prejudices--racism homophobia, and that's why I did not push for a discrimination case at that time. That chief resident Dr. Luella Toni Lewis was the vice president of the syndicate that was supposed to help residents, and therefore she instructed the attorney to not help me in this matter. It seems that many lazy weak attorneys are afraid of doctors in a position of power. Also, I failed to inform attorneys outside the hospital system that it was out of hate and discrimination. So, they did not help.
