- Terrible #195070

Dr Patel destroyed my teeth with her negligent staff and then when i sought to have the damages fixed at another dentistry, she refused to provide me with my medical records, citing a $100 charge to obtain my records which is COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY ILLEGAL. Avoid this quack and her no-high school diploma staff AT ALL COSTS
