Dr. Falguni B. Patel, MD

I spoke with the receptionist at the front desk on Friday the 11 December 2015 and today on 9 December, and the service is extremely poor, the front desk doesn't care about the patient, and have no real concern about patient. Dr. Patel is awesome but unfortunately she has a bad team of reception. The name of the receptionist I spoke with was Lex. She was trying to rush and get it over with questions I have to ask her. When I was still talking to her she was ready to hung up the phone on me and when I said that to her she said, no I am listening to you. Pathetic customer service.

We will have to think about other options where we can be taken care of with respect and dignity.

Love Dr Patel, very knowledgeable and very open. I would recommend that anyone go to her.

By far the nicest doctor that I have ever met! I was so nervous to go but she made me feel 100% comfortable and absolutely no pain- Lovely staff as well! Highly recommend!

Front DeskService is worst ,But Doctor is good

I simply love her for all services she provided me to help function in many levels. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field. I am so much happier with the treatment options she help me pick for my on going issues. She is very personal and empathetic to patients.
I can write so much more about how happy and satisfied I am with their sevices.
