Best doctor ever. Always pays attention to your concerns. Terrific - I'd never go anywhere else.

I have been looking for a good primary care doctor for quite some time.
I have Aetna insurance and found Dr. Desimone listed and called on a Tuesday and had an appointment on Thursday.
The staff was freindly and helpful and I was in the examination room in 20 minutes.
Dr. Desimone looked to be in excellent shape and was knowledgeable and confident.
I have another appointment to discuss the test results.
Based on my experience so far I would recommend Dr. Desimone wholeheartedly.

I had an awful experience at this place, and will NEVER go back.

I had to get stitches in my forearm during a recent visit to the hospital, and was told to make an appointment with a doctor in a few days to check for infection. I am new to the Secaucus area, so I don't have a doctor nearby yet. I called to make an appointment, and the receptionist was friendly, but also seemingly in a hurry to get off the phone. I explained to her my situation and how this would be my first visit, so she quickly "scheduled" me for a 5:00 pm appointment the next day.
So I arrived at 4:40 pm the next day, expecting to have to fill out some paperwork. And as I had begun to sign in, a different receptionist started barking at me, "Wha-choo doin'?"
"Signing in," I cautiously replied.
"For what?"
"Uh, I have an appointment."
"Pshhhh, no you don't!"
Turns out, whomever I spoke with the day before, never put my appointment in the computer properly, and as a result, I will never go back to this doctors office, and I will make sure no one I know does either.
