I had two appointments with him . On both occasions, while I was on the train en route to him his office called to say he had an emergency and was in surgery.
On the second apt the call reached me as I was getting off the N train at his stop, 8th Ave. That was at about 1:30 ---for a 2 apt. His office told me if I wanted to wait till 5 he MIGHT be able to see me.
I passed.
What nerve.
