I have this case: 27year old with left hip septic arthritis sequelae (Hunka V). In a Gov. Hospital they trayed to length the ipsilateral tibiae, with bad result with shortening of it with no union. Now is doing well the bifocal tibial lengthening. Next week is scheduled to perform , probably a Wenstein throcanteric osteotomy and reduced into acetabulum , make a Chiaria osteototmy and set an Orthofix M.R. arthrodiatasis articulated fixator and 2 or 3 weeks later manage another lengthening en distal femur.
