Dr. Elan Kaufman, DMD

Office was very clean and staff was very nice however, I was disappointed in Dr. Kaufmans bedside manner. He seemed very cold and condescending. Not a place to bring your special needs child.

I had previously gone to a different dentist office which was a family dentist not a pediatric dentist and I am beyond glad we switched to this facility. My son immediately gravitated towards the Xbox they have in the waiting room meanwhile my daughter fell in love with a Barbie toy car from the minute I am signing them in. We waited less than 20 minutes before they were seen and the televisions in front of the dental chairs distracted them with Disney movies so they barely felt the procedures each time. My daughter looked forward to coming to each of our appointments after our first time because of the girly rings, cartoon themed pencils and sunglasses they would give them afterwards for "behaving so bravely".To top it all off I offered to buy the Barbie car from them when they completed the 4 extractions+ multiple cavity fillings but instead Dr.Kaufman simply asked my daughter what features interested her most of the vehicle and patiently heard all about it then gave it as a gift and now I have the happiest little girl in Brooklyn. He is the friendliest dentist I have met. I hope everyone experience is as pleasant as he made ours.
