I had to call twice to try an set an appointment & the lady who picks up the phone is EXTREMELY rude & has an attitude even though I was being very polite. Only wanted to go here cause it was more continent now have to find another doctor somewhere else.

The day I went I was a first time patient and still only waited about 15 minutes. The office was nice. ..receptionists seemed fine to me and the doctor was great. She listened to all I had to say and seemed to really care. She treated me and problem solved. ...follow up was great. ..she called my biopsy results and was excellent...

I really like the office staff and Dr Shnitkind. Dr is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've sent my husband and son to her for various things since becoming a patient a few years ago. Highly recommend!

Before you go clear out about 4 hours of your day. Does not matter what time you make your appointment you will be waiting hours before you are seen. The doctor herself was ok but the receptionist were rude on the phone.

The most caring doctor i've ever dealt with ...always returns your calls and is quick to give you a sample of the medication she prescribes if she has one ..very knowledgeable courteous and professional...highly recommended .... staff is also great !!!!
