He cares only about Money and Charges. He tries to have visit more so he can collect the deductible and charge again. He doesn't have a staff that know how to use your insurance. I have Aetna and Aetna doesn't charge any Copay for working with LabCorb for the annual physical but he sends the blood work to Shiel that scams people and charges copay instead of sending the work to LabCorp and have it done with out passing additional charges to me. I also asked him about another issue and he said that we will talk about that in the follow up so he can charge again and keep the business running. He should be in the convenient store business not the medical field. He must know how to use his customer's insurance and not abuse it.
