How do you make an appointment if it just rings and rings and no one picks up or an answering machine to leave a message????

You can never reach the office. Always a busy signal. I don't have time to go to the office to make an appointment like the other review suggested. It's ridiculous.

Very good doctor! Impossible to reach her office via the telephone as she is in with the Hackensack Urologists group. My suggestion if you need an appointment or any assistance, go to her office. You won't reach them via the telephone! After many attempts throughout the year I can only assume that the office staff feels overwhelmed because when they do pick up the phone the put you on hoLd and rarely come back. And they sporadically returns phone calls when you leave a message. Too bad because we really like this doctor but I am getting an ulcer trying to get assistance.
