Dr. Dean Vafiadis DDS

I am a dentist and a new patient. I was personally ( and professionally ) very impressed with NYSI. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Gabriella, who took personnel care of me, was competent, professional and caring. Dr. Vafiadis gave me a thorough examination and consult. I was very satisfied and pleased with his care and diagnostic acumen. He put me at ease and was very attentive. Everyone in the office was upbeat and positive. I would highly recommend NYSI!

I went in for a cleaning with Giordana, who was new to the office, and I had a very pleasurable experience. As many would agree, visiting a dentist office is not always tops on their list to do, but NYSI always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Lambrakos performed and oral exam after the cleaning and he was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing. Both Dr. Lambrakos and Giordana told me what I was doing well and what I can improve on. Very painless process. Finally, Gabriella, the facility director is great to deal with. She was very helpful working with my schedule as I had to cancel my initial appointment. She followed up with me and provided multiple openings to suit my availability. I highly recommend NYSI!
