The Doctor and her staff need a reality check. Worst practice, don't recommend any of this place to anyone. The wait time is ridiculous and the follow up is even worse, they are always WRONG. The staff are not helpful instead they are rude and unwilling to their job. No future for this office!

unprofessional, disrespectful after 2 hours waiting told me I had no appointment & didnt apologize. dont have any fan in waiting room when wheather was 80 degrees. no compassion for sick people

Hello, This is Alex. Since past 10 years I am her patient and with apointment it may take some time but at her attendance I feel very much comfort n share all my health issues. Her team is great and only problem is she has too many patient but nobody want to think n take more than expected time. Still compare to much other primary doctors, I find her the best. Also her team is very much competent and assist with very humble and sympathy. I personally disagree who ever complain n let me know better than her. I go all the way from City to her only reason is her way to attend and make us very much comfortable.

ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE. WAS ON HOLD FOR 3 TIMES AND EVERYTIME FOR 20 MINUTES WITH NO RESPONSE, THEY ARE VERY BAD IN RETURNING CALLS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR PATIENTS CONCERNS, I HAD CHOSEN HER AS MY PRIMARY AND CHANING HER AND NEVER GOING BACK, SAVE URSELF THE TROUBLE.

They moved last year to 62nd Drive. The wait is over 1 hour every time no matter if you have an appointment or not! She only spends 5 minutes with you. I'm sure she's a great doctor but her company sucks.... Stop worrying about seeing as many patients as possible and try to SEE patients who really need extra care!....
