I took my 82 year old mom to see Dr. O'Connor this morning for the first time. She forgot to bring her medical cards with her. I offered to pay by credit card and they refused to see her. I even offered to drive back to my mom's house to get the cards but they would not allow for her to see the doctor after I sat there and completed all of her paperwork for him. She has RA and can barely walk. Dr. O'Connor came recommended by her RA doctor. Very sad that a doctor won't see a patient without his payment first.
