Dr. Daniel Hakimi, MD

So let me start this review off by saying that I am a physician and this review is unbiased. From the moment I called Dr. Hakimi's office, the staff was very courteous and professional. When I arrived at the office it was very clean and welcoming. There was also a parking lot (quite different from the norm in Jersey City where I work). At first, I was a little hesitant to have an appointment with a midwife at first but Eve was very knowledgeable and eased my fears immediately. I had an early morning appointment so my wait time was very short. I was in and out within an our and half and that also included bloodwork. I also like the fact that they have Sunday hours. Very convenient for working people. Although I have not met Dr. Hakimi personally, he has a very efficient set up for an office. In addition, I read about people complaining of multiple appointments but thoroughness is the best way to make sure that nothing is missed. It saves time and headache in the longtime. I highly recommend his office.

This office sucks staff sucks... Lazy receptionists!!! And charged my insurance company an office visit with dr hakimi.. Whatever his name is and didn't even seen the dam Doctor.. Saw a nurse who just didn't help!! Try make appt for the doctor put me on hold for 30 mins, that I forgot I was on hold. Hung up called again and put me on hold again!! Staff needs to get some training as well maybe a new office manager to keep these workers in check!!! This place sucks n do not care about anyone!!! This is a real honest review.. Whoever said this place is the best doctors are good or staff is lying!! Maybe they are related to these people!

Lots of unwanted appointments to get the money. In my case they did not even treat me for my condition. I had a extremely sever skin itching for which they asked me to come to office. They made me wait for more than 2 hours to tell, we are not skin doctor go to dermatologist. They could have told the same thing on call. Dermatologist diagnosed my condition as tinea versicolor (fungus infection ) she prescribed lotion which she told needs approval from OBGYN as I was pregnant. I called doc office to get the approval. They did not responded for 2 days. After repeated call they said its dermatologist who had decide not them. Finally neither of them treated my sever condition. This point I changed the OBGYN . My next doctor was great. Thank god I changed the doctor.
One more thing to add, you go there thinking you are going to Dr Hakimi but all of the appointments are with nurse.Wait time is more than 1 hour.

Ive been going to this office for over 3 years. They take really good care of you and there really thurough. Ive never had anyproblems or complaints. I went there while i was pregnant and they made me feel really comfortable. Dr Hakimi delivered my baby. I had a very smoothe delivery.

Stated with Dr Hakimi at 4 months and i was welcomed with openness, kindness and understanding. Midwife Eve Tuers is a doll. Everybody pays personal attention and cares for you at Dr. Daniel Hakimi's office.
Dr Daniel Hakimi himself is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor, guiding his patients in the right direction regarding in c-section and for woman over 35. Decisions and using his expertise to advise the best. He was kind and left me looking great for a c-section. So happy with him !

We had a great pregnancy/delivery experience and would highly recommend the doctor and his team.
