I had a bad virus and took it to 2 other "technicians", they both said that I have to wipe computer clean in order to get rid of the virus..a major pain in the neck because I would have to load all my programs and settings again. Dr computer (shia) came down and cleaned it in about 30 minutes! Thank you guys!!
