this has been BY FAR the WORST doctors office on the planet!! the staff is horrible, i have been trying to get a prescription filled for over a MONTH!! and all i get is the run around, to the point one of the workers there told me that I already picked up the meds LMAO!! really? then tried to change the story cause they have NO CLUE what they are doing!!!
here is a tip for your office manager... you r not paying people to take phone calls and be rude, and give false information! teach them how to be professional.. maybe they should read the Code of Ethics! HORRIBLE !! Dr. Kerns is a good doctor unfortunate his staff will bury him... its 5 weeks later and I still have not received my meds! and they wont even let me talk to the Dr.
