Totally rude and unprofessional. Fails to return phonecalls, even when his patients are out of important meds like Ampyra

This guy doesn't return phone calls, fails to confirm appointments, and when he is finally hunted down on the phone is rude to his patients. He treats his patients more like accounts; accounts which are being neglected. Compound that with the fact that he doesn't even apologize for failing to respond for days at a time. Downright rude and inconsiderate. It seems that he has lost sight of what matters most, the patient / Doctor relationship. It's not like we're going to see him for the common cold. My girlfriend has MS and a bad case of it at that. She used to like going to him, as he used to communicate with her about her progress and was receptive to her phone calls...but ever since he branched out on his own to start his own practice, he has no staff and refuses to hire anyone.

Recently, the poor girl was out of Ampyra (which she needs to help her walk) and this "Doctor" didn't even call us back, ever. We had to call for days until we finally caught him for a whole 30 seconds, when he stated: "It's Monday and I really can't talk now." This is after he stood us up for an appointment the Friday prior, and failed to reply to any of our calls.
