Dr Ben and his staff were amazing! I was nervous for the procedure beforehand but was immediately put at ease by Dr Ben's calming bedside manner. He was very efficient and professional, made the whole expeirence easy and pleasent. But the best part is how fast and thorough his followup is. Most doctors treat you and you never hear from them again. Not Dr Ben! He makes that extra effort to follow up later that day and the next to check on how you are. Truly a great experience!

Dr. Jacobs is the best! I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Jacobs and for a procedure that is not necessarily pleasant, Dr. Jacobs made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire process and made it an extremely easy and painless experience. He has excellent chair side manner, was always available to answer any questions, and consistently followed up after the surgery to make sure I was doing okay. With Dr. Jacobs and his staff at the NJ Center for Oral Surgery you are truly in the best of hands!

I do not usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so after having such a positive experience with Dr. Jacobs. I'm so glad my dentist referred me to see him as he was able to put me to sleep, take out a broken tooth, do a bone graft, and place the implant all in the same day. I felt no pain whatsoever, and his office was beautiful with an amazing staff. Dr. Jacobs did such an outstanding job, he even called me on the night of my surgery to make sure I was doing okay. To anyone in need of an oral surgeon, you need to look no further than Caldwell at the NJ Center for Oral Surgery.

I came to Dr. Jacobs after having my wisdom teeth removed by another doctor. I had an acute infection. Dr. Jacobs saw me immediately, cleared his schedule and performed oral surgery on me to clean out the infection. He then carefully monitored me, calling or seeing me everyday until the infection had completely subsided. I could not be more grateful for his kind, and compassionate care at his beautiful and warm office in West Caldwell. His staff was friendly and easy to work with and I really appreciate all of their help. I couldn't recommend a better doctor!

I had a great experience! He has a beautiful office and state of the art equipment. Oral Surgery is not something that you look forward to...but Dr. Jacobs really makes you feel comfortable before AND after surgery, which is exactly what you want in a doctor.
